If your employer has elected to offer Student Loan Repayment as a benefit and you've recently refinanced your loan, it's important to let us know so we can direct your employer's student loan contributions to the correct place.
Add the new loan to your Peanut Butter account using these steps:
- Login at https://app.getpeanutbutter.com/users/sign_in
- Click My Loans,
- Click Add Loan,
- Follow the on-screen prompts to add your loan,
- When the new loan has been added successfully, you'll see it listed on the My Loans page with a green stripe that says, "Contributions are being applied to this account."
- Now, click the gear icon on your old loan, then click Mark as Paid Off.
If your Peanut Butter Dashboard shows any payments in Payment Research status, those payments will be applied to your new loan on the next monthly payment cycle.
